1有机农业场景革命:“三生永和技术”将有机农业用地(蔬果、畜禽、水产、中药材)搬到社区、建筑的地下、地面、外墙、空中与屋顶,打造出建筑占地面积1倍、10倍、30倍、n倍的优质耕地,缔造所有城乡居民“居者有其地”的神话!用多维立体耕地破解传统平面耕地的桎梏。采用物理、生物与植物技术防治有机农业病虫害,摒弃化学农药,助力实现农产品、水产、畜禽完全有机、自给自足,从根本上破解18亿亩耕地红线难题,筑牢粮食及其它农产品数量、质量安全的双重底线,实现了有机农业的场景革命!


1. The Agricultural Organic Ecosystem Revolution:“Production-Living-Ecological Integration Technology”relocates organic farmland for vegetables, fruits, livestock, poultry, aquatic products, and Chinese medicinal herbs to community and building spaces-including basements, ground levels, exterior walls, aerial areas, and rooftops.This creates high-quality cultivated land equivalent to 1, 10, 30, or even n times the building's footprint, turning the vision of "land for every resident" into reality for urban and rural dwellers. By adopting multi-dimensional vertical farming, it breaks through the constraints of traditional horizontal cultivation.The approach utilizes physical, biological, and botanical techniques to prevent and control pests and diseases in organic agriculture,completely eliminating chemical pesticides. This enables fully organic and self- suffcient production of crops, aquatic products, and livestock,fundamentally addressing the challenge of preserving 120 million hectares of farmland.it strengthens the dual foundation of grain quantity safety and quality safety,securing a sustainable future for food and agricultural products.

 

2、城乡生活污染资源化循环利用的场景革“三生永和技术”为了给有机农业生产找到优质的有机肥、水产养殖和农业灌溉用水,我们化腐朽为神奇,将城乡生活产生的黑水、灰水从源头分离,黑水(如大小便、餐厨垃圾)进入沼气系统生成沼气,用于居民做饭、生活热水、发电,沼渣和沼液与城乡生产生活产生的所有有机垃圾、废弃物经粉碎后进行调配发酵,转变为无臭无味的优质有机肥;灰水(如洗澡水、洗衣水等生活污水)则经过生化、曝氧、湿地净化后转化为水产养殖和有机农业的灌溉用水。消除污水处理厂、垃圾填埋场、垃圾焚烧厂的投资与运维费用,彻底消除以上三大污染源对地球的污染与危害,破解资源、能源不足与要素错配难题,实现城乡生活污染资源化循环利用的场景革命!


2. The Revolution in the Urban-Rural DomesticPollution Recycling Ecosystem:“Production-Living-Ecological Technology”, in order to provide high-quality organic fertilizer for organic agricultural production,turns waste into treasure.It separates black water and grey water generated from urban and rural living at the source. Black water (such as feces, urine, and kitchen waste) enters a biogas system to produce biogas, which is used for residents' cooking,domestic hot water, and electricity generation. The biogas residue and slurry,along with all organic waste and refuse from urban and rural production and living, are crushed, blended, and fermented. They are transformed into high-quality, odorless organic fertilizer. Grey water (such as bathing water, laundry water, and other domestic sewage) is treated through biochemical processes,aeration, and wetland purification, then converted into water for aquaculture and irrigation in organic agriculture.This eliminates the investment and operation/maintenance costs for landfills,waste incineration plants, and sewage treatment plants.It completely eradicates the pollution and harm caused by these three major pollution sources to the Earth. It solves the problems of resource and energy shortages and the misallocation of factors.


3、建筑生态场景革命:“三生永和技术”为实现有机农业的场景革命,需搬大量优质土壤到建筑的外墙、空中和屋顶,会造成建筑重量及建安成本的增加,故我们将传统的建筑外墙、内墙,创新为5到12厘米的生态墙板和生产生态功能设施,不仅具备保温、隔音、防火、环保、强度高、质量轻的优异性能,还通过生产生态设施内有机养鱼与无臭无味、无污染的发酵生产,实现冬暖夏凉,四季恒温22℃-26℃,降低20%建安成本,扩大15%-25%建筑使用面积,减少50%建筑垃圾,降低50%以上的建筑耗能,实现建筑的生态场景革命!


3. The Architectural Ecosystem Revolution:To achieve the organic agriculture revolution,"Production-Living-Ecological Technology”requires moving large amounts of high- quality soil to the exterior walls, aerial spaces, and roofs of buildings.This would increase the building weight and construction/installation costs.Therefore, we innovatively   replaced traditional building exterior and interior walls with 5 to 12 cm thick ecological wall panels and production-ecological functional facilities.These not only possess excellent properties such as thermal insulation,soundproofing, fire resistance,environmental friendliness, high strength, and light weight, but also,through organic fish farming and odorless, pollution-free fermentation production within the production-ecological facilities, achieve warm winters and cool summers, maintaining a constant temperature of 22°℃-26'C throughout the four seasons. This reduces construction/installation costs by 20%.increases usable building area by 15%-25%.reduces construction waste by 50%. and reduces building energy consumption by over 50%.

The Green Ecological Environment Industrialization and Valuation Revolution:“Production-Living-Ecological Technology”integrates traditional green ecological environments with functions such as agricultural production, cultural leisure,industrial production, and world horticultural expositions. 二、设计目标

1、现“三生永和技术”2.0样板楼作为设计标的,每层2户,每户约150米(四室两厅两卫),建筑6层(层高3.6米),地下室一层(层高3.6米),以水产、蔬果循环系统为概念,打造独立每户上墙产蔬果、水产,入池种画卷的立体生产文化实现生产生态生活与艺术完美融合共生并与建筑(东南西北立面及屋)结合形成五面立体的艺术景观视觉震撼效果达到引领全球艺术景观视觉目标

2、每户外墙、走廊及平台实现蔬果生产和水产养殖楼板下三季水产养殖和冬季发酵取暖实现温度控制;建筑四个立面及屋顶五个面实现5A级景观化、艺术化效果融入鱼水映阁果蔬垂幕的艺术概念

实现“稼穑空天来,和谐画中人”的乡愁愿景。

II. Design Objectives

1. Prototype Showcase – We’re targeting the “Production-Living-Ecological” technology 2.0 demonstration building as the flagship design. With two units per floor (~150 m² each: 4 beds, 2 living areas, 2 baths), spanning six floors plus a basement (all 3.6 m high), the building leverages a fish‑vegetable aquaponic synergetic circulation system. Each household becomes a vertical micro‑farm—fruit and vegetables sprout on walls, aquatic life thrives in built‑in tanks, and planter‑framed murals cascade into reflective pools. To achieve breathtaking five‑sided living artwork that integrates production, ecology, lifestyle, and art—positioned to redefine the global standard for architectural landscape impact.

2. Multi‑Sided Ecological Activation – Every unit’s facade, corridor, and terrace becomes a lush growing zone with crops and aquaculture. Under-floor fish tanks sustain three‑season aquaculture while winter heat is generated via natural fermentation, creating a self‑regulating thermal system. The building’s four facades and rooftop form a 5‑star visual spectacle—complete with fish‑water reflections, vegetable cascades, and thematic “Fisheye Pavilion” and “Vegetable Curtain” art installations—all designed to evoke the poetic “Harvest from sky to earth, harmony in living art.”

三、设计要求

1、总体原则:保证绝对安全功能最强大,投资最节省,运维最便捷、成本最低;

2、总体要求:平台走廊花园景观化、艺术化,蔬果、水产、生产调节微气候,冬天取暖夏天降温;

3、功能要求:蔬果生产、水产养殖最大化的同时,必须满足视线通畅、室内采光、通风等要求,同时保证住户隐私;水产养殖墙外侧蔬果藤蔓立体绿化,起到双层降温效果:各种空间应满足相应蔬果、水产生产的便捷性要求;

4、景观化、艺术化:各种户型的农业生产平台花园化、景观化、艺术化;整栋建筑的四个立面和屋面园林化、景观化、艺术化;充分考虑蔬果季相变化的景观搭配,如观叶、观花、观果、观鱼的动态景观效果;

5、屋顶、墙体立面荷载要求屋顶蔬果、水产生产系统的承重800kg/㎡外墙和走廊蔬果、水产生产系统的承重800kg/㎡

6、光利用最大化确保外墙、走廊及平台蔬果作物获取日照时间最大化,即阳光利用大化;根据蔬果的不同特性考虑喜荫喜阳搭配、相互遮挡的避让、各品种间生物性互助科学搭配;

7、生产生活流程优化:以上各个系统之间的流程优化及重构,可以打破原设计方案;此条为加分项。

III. Design Requirements

1. Overarching Principles: Guarantee absolute safety, deliver maximum functionality, minimize capital expenditure, ensure operational ease, and maintain the lowest possible lifecycle cost.

2. General Requirements: Convert corridors and terraces into garden landscapes and artistic green zones. Vegetation, aquaculture, and production systems should naturally regulate the microclimate—providing passive heating in winter and cooling in summer.

3. Functional Requirements: Maximize crop yield and aquaculture output without compromising sightlines, natural light, ventilation, or occupant privacy. Vertical green facades with vines on aquaponic walls provide layered thermal cooling. All spaces must support seamless planting, harvesting, and maintenance workflows.

4. Landscape & Artistry: Turn agricultural terraces and balconies into lush, gardened production stages tailored to each unit type. The building’s four facades and rooftop must be transformed into art‑infused green landscapes. Dynamic seasonal expressions—foliage, flowers, fruit, and fish—should craft a living, ever‑changing scenic experience.

5. Structural Load Limits: Maximum load for rooftop food and aquaculture systems ≤ 800 kg/m². The same limit applies to vertical green facades and corridor-based production systems.

6. Sunlight Optimization: Optimize sunlight exposure for crops on facades, corridors, and terraces. Implement strategic plant selection—shade‑tolerant vs sun‑loving varieties—to prevent mutual shading while enhancing biological synergy.

7. Workflow & Process Optimization: Applicants are encouraged to rethink and optimize production‑lifestyle integration workflows across all systems. Novel or reengineered process designs that increase efficiency earn bonus points.

四、设计范围

1、设计对象:楼宇整体景观设计+户型景观设计;

2、每个户型走廊平台花园设计方案;

3、四个建筑立面方案,结合每户花园形成个性化、艺术化、景观化立面效果;第五立面即屋顶花园设计方案;

4、详细范围详见附图(建筑施工图CAD版,建筑模型等),如有疑问在答疑时一并解答。

IV. Design Scope

1. Scope of Design: Comprehensive building-scale landscape design, combined with unit-level landscape detailing.

2. Design of corridor and terrace gardens for each unit.

3. Four architectural elevation designs coordinated with individual unit gardens to create personalized, artistic, and scenic facades—plus a fifth “elevation” in the form of a rooftop garden design.

4. For detailed specifications, refer to the attached drawings (construction CAD plans, architectural models, etc.). Any questions will be addressed during the Q&A session.

五、报名条件

1、境内外具有相关设计经验的设计单位团队个人均可报名参加,不设资质限制,鼓励优秀个人设计师报名

2、报名时提供相关简介,尤其是相关业绩;

3、公司根据报名情况进行内部初选,报名截止后三个工作日内发布初选入围名单,控制在16家应标者。

IV. Entry Eligibility

1. Open Call Worldwide: Design firms, teams, and individuals—domestic or international—with relevant experience are welcome. No formal qualifications required. Exceptional individual designers are highly encouraged to apply.

2. Submission Requirement: Participants must submit a professional profile highlighting relevant credentials and past achievements. Emphasis on strong portfolios will be advantageous.

3. Selection Process: Applications will undergo an internal pre‑selection. A shortlist of up to 16 candidates will be announced within three business days after the submission deadline.

六、设计成果

1、PPT文本:包括设计说明、相关技术图纸、意向性图片、经济技术指标、造价估算、主要材料表及主要蔬果、水产选种等;

2、能表达设计思维的图纸,包括平立剖面及效果图;效果图表达方式不限(鼓励优秀手绘),须表达四季蔬果生长的季节效果;

3、流程优化方案可以思维导图形式表达;

4、文件语言采用中、英文均可。

V. Deliverables

1. Presentation Deck (PPT): Must include a detailed design narrative, technical drawings, concept imagery, key techno-economic indicators, cost estimates, bill of main materials, as well as selection criteria for proposed crops and aquaculture species.

2. Architectural Drawings & Renderings: Include floor plans, elevations, sections, and visualizations that clearly convey design intent. Renderings may be hand-drawn or digital—to illustrate seasonal cycles of crop and plant growth throughout all four seasons.

3. Workflow Optimization Plan: Submit a process re-engineering proposal—preferably formatted as a mind map—to illustrate system integration and operational efficiency improvements.

4. Language: Submissions may be in Chinese, English, or bilingual.

八、评选办法

1、评审:邀请3位资深专家评委,科道稼和公司4位评委进行评审;评审过程在网络直播;

2、评分标准:设计理念30,概念性方案40分,公司资质、相关业绩及行业口碑10分,设计费报价20分。

VII. Evaluation Method

1. Jury Composition & Process:

A panel comprised of three external design experts and four evaluators from Kedao Jiahe will assess all submissions. The entire review process will be broadcast live online for full transparency and engagement.

2. Scoring Breakdown:

Design Concept: 30 points

Concept Proposal: 40 points

Firm Credentials & Track Record: 10 points

Design Fee Proposal: 20 points

九、奖励办法

1、网络公开评审打分后确定获奖名单,拟设立一等奖一名,二等奖两名,三等奖两名;

2、一等奖一名,奖金为16万元;

3、二等奖两名,奖金各为5元,三等奖三名,奖金各为2元;

4、如方案被确定为实施方案,则对该方案设计方不另行奖励,已经颁发的奖金自动转为设计费预付款。

以上奖金均为人民币(含税),所有参赛作品知识产权归征集方所有,设计方享有署名权。

VIII. Awards & Recognition

1. Award Determination: Winners will be selected based on publicly broadcasted scores. We plan to award one Grand Prize, two Second Prizes, and two Third Prizes;

2. Grand Prize: 160,000 RMB;

3. Second Prizes (×2): 50,000 RMB each;  Third Prizes (×3): 20,000 RMB each;

4. Implementation Clause & IP Terms.

If a winning design is implemented, the award money already paid will be offset as a design fee advance—no additional bonus will be awarded. All prizes are quoted in RMB (tax inclusive). Intellectual Property rights of submissions belong to the organizers, though design teams retain authorship credit.

2、设计方案提交时间:2025年7月29下午17:00截止,以方案提交至电子邮箱时间为准。

IX. Timeline & Submission Schedule

1. Submission of Registration Materials & Site Visit:

All applicants should submit their registration packets to kedaojiahe@kedaoagri.cn before 5:00 PM (Beijing Time), June 29, 2025, with submission time based on the email server timestamp. An on-site site visit and Q&A session will be held on July 9, 2025 at 9:00 AM.

2. Final Design Proposal Submission Deadline:

All final design proposals must be submitted to the same email by 5:00 PM (Beijing Time), July 29, 2025, with the server’s received timestamp as the official submission time.
